For its 51st year, PPS heads back to its founder’s hometown:  Dumaguete City.  

Dumaguete City, the capital of Negros Oriental, is renowned for its rich history, vibrant culture, and welcoming atmosphere. Dumaguete is also known as the City of Gentle People.  

Our host, Foundation University, is one of the top universities of Dumaguete City.  This year it is celebrating its 75th founding anniversary.
